Beginning Saturday, October 1, the operation of leaf blowers, as per the Village of Mamaroneck's Leaf Blower Law, are allowed until May 15, 2023. This includes ALL leaf blowers including gas, electric AND vacuum. Please note Westchester County law requires that landscaping contractors be registered with the County and that leaf blowers meet County emissions regulations. No more than one leaf blower may be operated at any time on property with an area of 5,000 square feet or less. No more than three leaf blowers shall be operated at any time on any property.
