We will experience rather strong winds tonight and early tomorrow. Please exercise caution. I know many of us will be on the road in the next 18 hours, be extra alert for down limbs and trees. Report any
problems on the roads locally to our police desk (914)777-1122. If you observe any downed electric wires please call 911. Never approach downed wires or get out of your car to investigate.
