Meetings begin at 7:30pm
Village Land Use Board Meetings (including the Zoning Board of Appeals) can be viewed via LMC Media's YouTube Channel.
If you are submitting an application or supporting documentation to any of the Village’s Land Use Boards (Board of Architectural Review, Harbor & Coastal Zone Management Commission, Planning Board, or Zoning Board of Appeal), you must submit these items by mail or in-person at the Planning Department Office during normal business hours (9am to 5pm) on the third floor at 169 Mt. Pleasant Avenue so that our staff can ensure applications and supporting documentations are complete. Submitting these items in-person and by their respective deadline will ensure that your file is received and processed promptly. Items that are submitted electronically via email or file sharing services (i.e. WeTransfer, Dropbox, etc.) cannot be guaranteed to be processed promptly.
Please Note: There is a 1:00 p.m. cutoff on the posted submission date for all applications and supporting documentation to All Land Use Boards, whether electronically or in person.
REVISED DOCUMENT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES ADOPTED MAY 7, 2020
- The submission deadline for NEW completed applications with back-up materials and any necessary payments for the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is twenty one (21) days before the ZBA meeting.
- The submission deadline for supplemental documents for ACTIVE applications for the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is fourteen (14) days before the ZBA meeting.
- Public comments are always welcomed on all open applications at any time, but please note once a public hearing has been closed, the record is closed and no new information can be added.
- Meeting agendas will be posted on the Village Website the Friday prior to the meeting date
Please check the Village's online calendar to make sure a meeting has not been cancelled or rescheduled due to holidays or scheduling conflicts.
