The Recreation Office is located in the Beach Pavilion in Harbor Island Park.
Mission Statement
The Recreation Department is responsible for all recreation programs conducted by the Village and the scheduling of playing fields and other recreational facilities.
Recreation programs are offered for all ages. Most programs are held in the Beach Pavilion at Harbor Island Park. The Village's recreation facilities include thirteen parks, ranging from the 44 acre Harbor Island Park to pocket parks throughout the Village. Facilities include a 700 foot beach, tennis courts in three locations, softball and soccer fields and a recreation center. The Recreation Department also plans seasonal special events.
