1) Recap of adopted Budget and process for our collective analysis/use going forward
2) Recap of Budget Committee over prior year. What worked, and what can we do better/differently?
3) Revenue analysis: Trend across pandemic to date and assumptions regarding forward projections.
4) Review projected Capital Budget expenditures for current year and revisit prior framework of recommendations.
5) Discussion regarding e-mails we received regarding proposed reduction in Police funding (i.e. "Police De-funding")
