Get fit this year with Joyce! Fitness classes available on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at the Stephen E. Johnston Beach Pavilion in Harbor Island Park. Learn how to get a total body workout utilizing low impact step toning, circuit training, kick boxing, kettle ball exercises and Tabata. 30 classes are included in the registration fee and all fitness levels are welcome.
