Planning Board

Village Land Use Board Meetings (including the Planning Board) can be viewed via LMC Media's YouTube Channel.

If you are submitting an application or supporting documentation to any of the Village’s Land Use Boards (Board of Architectural Review, Harbor & Coastal Zone Management Commission, Planning Board, or Zoning Board of Appeal), you must submit these items by mail or in-person at the Planning Department Office during normal business hours (9am to 5pm) on the third floor at 169 Mt. Pleasant Avenue so that our staff can ensure applications and supporting documentations are complete. Submitting these items in-person and by their respective deadline will ensure that your file is received and processed promptly. Items that are submitted electronically via email or file sharing services (i.e. WeTransfer, Dropbox, etc.) cannot be guaranteed to be processed promptly.

Please Note: There is a 1:00 p.m. cutoff on the posted submission date for all applications and supporting documentation to All Land Use Boards, whether electronically or in person.

The deadline for submission of completed applications with back-up materials and any necessary payments for the Planning Board is twelve (12) days before the Planning Board meeting.
