A.        Resolutions Authorizing Issuance of 2021 Motel Licenses for (1) Mamaroneck Motel and (2) Vincent & Sons Motel     
B.        Resolutions Authorizing Bench Donations for (1) Gallo, (2) Berardi and (3) Goetze
C.        Resolution Authorizing Extension of Ad Hoc Ethics Code Review Committee    
D.        Resolution Authorizing Execution of Village Attorney Agreement     

3.         EXECUTIVE SESSION-ADVICE OF COUNSEL  
A.        It is anticipated that the Board of Trustees will convene to Executive Session in   accordance with NYS OML Section 105 1(F) the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation as it relates to the Village's Land Use Counsel
