Passing of Police Chief Joseph DelBianco

Dear Friends,
I regret to inform you of the sad news of the passing of former Village of Mamaroneck Police Chief Joseph DelBianco. He served as a Village of Mamaroneck police officer for 42 years rising from patrolman to Chief.
He was a mentor and friend to many and always had a kind and encouraging word for the newest police recruit or the newest elected Trustee. He loved Mamaroneck and was beloved in Mamaroneck.
The flags of the Village will fly at half staff this week in honor of the Chief’s memory. Our condolences go out to his lovely family.
