Accessibility Policy for 169 Mount Pleasant Avenue

The Village of Mamaroneck strives to provide equitable access to all Village Services located at 169 Mount Pleasant Avenue.  Towards this end, all services provided on any floor of 169 Mount Pleasant Avenue are available to the public in the lobby of the building.  The Village has installed a telephone in the lobby area of the first floor with direct dial access to the offices.  Should an individual require assistance, they can call the department they seek to conduct business with, and an employee, or agent, of the department they are seeking to conduct business with will, within a reasonable amount of time, go to the lobby and provide all services in the same manner as if they were to go to the department’s offices.  A table and chairs are located in the lobby for this purpose.

A copy of this policy is available on the Village’s website and has been distributed to each employee working at 169 Mount Pleasant Avenue.  The policy will be included in the onboarding documentation for all future employees, or agents, working at 169 Mount Pleasant Avenue.
